Medallion Bank wanted to design a new user interface for their loan application management tool used by the bank’s lending partners. Requirements and user needs were documented by the bank up front. My goal was to simplify and improve the usability of the app better serving end user needs.
I held a rapid ideation workshop over the course of several days, generating a range of conceptual directions for the web app.
I planned the ideal user experience with user stories, screen flows, and exploratory wireframes.
I created an interactive prototype detailing screen states and interactions across the app.
Using Figma, I applied established brand styles to the user interface specified in the wireframes.
I was responsible for all budgeting, planning and delivery.

Key Deliverable
I began by meeting with stakeholders and collecting requirements including target user profiles and key use cases. Based on this information I began exploring a range of potential user flows and low fidelity wireframe concepts.
I reviewed these explorations with the project stakeholders and collected their feedback and preferences on the approaches. This informed my next step moving into detailed wireframes and interactive prototyping.
Key Deliverable
After reviewing the initial concepts with the stakeholder team, I addressed their feedback and refined the approach with updated user stories and an interactive wireframe prototype.
Key Deliverable
I developed a range of user interface designs for the product aligning with existing brand guidelines. The goal was to leverage clear visual user interface design best practices and enhance usability. During this phase I provided several iterations and refinements based on the input from stakeholders and a Creative Director on my team.
After completing this Lean UX redesign I handed off all documentation and files to the client’s development team for implementation.
