FM:Systems hired my team and I at Fell Swoop to reimagine the UX for their employee workstation reservation app. The previous version of the app was showing its age and was lacking in modern usability best practices. Our mission was to update the app across desktop and mobile based on the requirements and user data provided to our team.
I planned the ideal user experience with user stories, screen flows, and exploratory wireframes.
I created an interactive prototype detailing screen states and interactions across the app.
I was responsible for all budgeting, planning and delivery.

I produced detailed black and white interactive wireframe prototypes. These prototypes explored the interactivity for key features across the desktop and mobile app.

I managed a visual designer on my team as she applied brand styles to the user interface specified in the wireframes.
The client stakeholder team was pleased with the specifications provided by our team and used the work as a springboard to finalize and build from.
